Richard Mutabazi
Chairman of the Board
An MBA-holder and finance executive with over a decade of leadership across Rwanda and Central Africa, Richard currently serves as Group Director of Investment and Projects at ITM Holding (DRC). His career spans corporate finance, FP&A, and investment management at Irembo, GTBank, and AB Bank Rwanda, with deep expertise in financial strategy, governance, and capital allocation.

Daniel Manzi
Managing Director
Daniel is the CEO of Heza Financial Services Ltd and founder of Epik Multi-services Ltd, a Kigali-based technology and services company he has led since 2018. Holding a degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Rwanda, he brings an entrepreneurial and technology-driven approach to making financial services fast and accessible across Rwanda.

Lilian Budandi
Board Member
A Certified Project Management Professional and seasoned finance executive, Lilian currently serves as CFO at Ishara Towers Rwanda. With over 15 years in senior roles across Africa and Europe — including Finance Director at IHS Towers (9 years) and Senior Tax Analyst at PKF International — she brings deep expertise in corporate finance, financial analysis, and governance.
Gilbert Twinamasiko
Board Member
An FCCA-certified finance professional and CFA Level III candidate, Gilbert currently serves as General Manager of Finance at ARISE IIP. A founding member of Business Angels Rwanda and board member of CFA Society East Africa, his career spans audit, tax, project finance, and financial modelling — with CFO roles at Yumn Limited and Horizon Construction across East Africa.
